Design system for a virtual reality company

Built a company-wide design system from the ground up, for a virtual reality training company of 200+ employees.

Background

As one of the first design hires in the company, I noticed UI components being re-created across projects, as no centralized repository for UI and UX components existed.

Together with my design colleague, I coordinated the creation of a company-wide design system from zero - all while simultaneously delivering XR experiences with tight timelines.
